Aqua 1902 is the Beachfront Luxury Rental of your Dreams and it’s ready to book for your Vacation! The unit contains 1716 sqft and offers 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The two king bedrooms are both oceanfront suites with attached baths. The third bedroom features a queen bed and has a separate bath. All of the baths have been remodeled with new tile shower enclosures. Marvel in the sweeping views of the gulf from your private balcony with comfortable patio furniture. It is a special place to visit with friends and family or to just relax and enjoy the sunrise and sunset each day. The living area features full length windows and a beautiful living space to connect you with the serene enjoyment of the beach. All of the televisions feature smart technology so you can easily log in to your favorite app. You are in the center of it all at Aqua with its proximity to Pier Park and all of the restaurants and entertainment offered on Front Beach Road. A beach set up comes with the rental and includes two chairs and an umbrella seasonally from March through October. The HOA allows two parking spots at Aqua but you must register online and pay for parking separately from the rental. The cost is $50.00 per vehicle. Please register online and print your parking pass(es) at home prior to arriving to avoid having to print them from the kiosk.

Please Note: If you choose to pay by Credit Card there is a service charge of 4 percent that is charged by the credit card booking provider. This fee will be shown on your itemized list of charges. The initial fee of 2 percent that is charged with your first payment is non refundable because I do not receive these funds.
